American Gangster Remixes: Round 4

Grinehouse: American Gangster (Opera Remix)Here’s an interesting one; can’t wait to hear it. It comes from the Grinehouse production team and is an OPERA remix to American Gangster. Every track is composed entirely out of samples from classical Operas with excerpts from The Original London Cast Recording of Les Miserables. Inside you’ll also find a Limited Edition Playbill that accompanies the Album.

I realize that these remix albums are gonna get out of control and the links may be hard to manage, so I’ve created a new category specifically for the American Gangster remix albums. If people can help out when the links die, I’d appreciate it!

*Edit: Wooo, don’t let the opera throw you, these remixes are straight RAW! I wasn’t expecting this!!

Yo, I check tested all the links and the only ones that are dead are the MediaFire and YouSendIt links. Try one of the others, they seem to still be working.

This is such a great mashup, especially of two different genres I never thought would mix.

I hate to say it, but this could even be better than the “Black on Black” mashup of Jay-Z’s Black Album and Metallica.

This is the best one so far…The beats are raw and fit the lyrics and flow of the songs…
