American Gangster Remixes: Round 29

by Kevin on December 20, 2007 · 6 comments

Jay & MarvinMuch props to all the remixers who have taken the time to put out some quality work.  Lately we’ve been getting some really great stuff, and this one is no exception.

Here’s a remix of Jay-Z & Marvin Gaye done right. It’s called What’s Going On American Gangster? and is produced by Shuko & The Gunna who hail from Germany.

You can check out their website below which has the full credits for the album, including sample credits.  Big ups for that!  Make sure you grab this one.

I’m looking into a way to redo the poll so some of these newer remixes can get some shine, without losing the current results.  So look out for that!

This is my favorite so far. It’s the only one I can listen to straight through. Hello Brooklyn is just perfect, I would definitely buy this in stores. This is so good, that I don’t know if there’s a point to downloading any of the newer ones that come out, unless that 9th Wonder ever sees the light of day.
