Happy Holidays!

This has been a great year and I want to thank everyone for coming by, supporting the site, and supporting hip hop. This site would not have been successful if it weren’t for you — the readers. Your comments and contributions have been more than welcomed and appreciated and I want to thank you all for your help in making this site what it is today.

Like most of you, I also have a life outside of this blog and will be on vacation for the next two weeks. But don’t worry, I still plan to check the site and my email when I can; there just won’t be any major updates. But please continue to send in those American Gangster remixes! I know there are quite a few that are still expected to be dropped in the coming weeks. Some of you have already contacted me to give me a heads up. Like I said, I’ll be checking my email, just not as frequently and I’ll get all the submissions up as soon as I can. It just won’t be as quick as it has been. Feel free to share links with others in the chat box!

I think it’s time to close the American Gangster poll too. We’ve had over 300 votes and I don’t anticipate much more. Congrats to RP Beats for receiving the most votes! You can see the full results in the poll archives. I threw up a new poll though. Let me know what you think album of the year should be. You saw my pick; what’s yours?

Anyway, I’ll be back sometime the first week in January, so I want to wish each and every one of you a safe and happy holiday season! I got some special things planned next year for the blog, so hopefully we can keep it fresh. See you next year!
