American Gangster Remixes: Round 36

American RacketeerHey, I’m having a great time on vacation, but had to stop in and post one of the most anticipated American Gangster remix albums; American Racketeer by Beewirks. Thanks to Krome for sending it my way! Krome is responsible for the hot cover art and also sent me some alternative covers that were designed for the project but not used.

The first alternate, which you can see here was inspired by the film The Departed. And the second alternate, here, has another scene of Casino. Krome did an awesome job with all of the album covers here and these are no exception.

I haven’t been able to listen to this one yet, but I remember hearing the preliminary remixes and I think this is one project that a lot of people were looking forward to. So without further ado….

Download American Racketeer

Edit 12/23: Apparently “Roc Boys” was left out of the download I posted yesterday. The link has been updated to include that track.  If you want to just download the single track, here it is.

The Fallin and No Hook remixes on this album could literally take place on the official album – this is classic stuff.
