We didn’t compile this one or the Beastie’s set, so they are not “official” This Is Hip Hop sample sets. Not sure what you mean by the format. If you’re referring to the .rar extension, download WinRAR from http://www.rarlabs.com. RAR files are dope and much better than ZIP.
