One of hip hop’s new rising stars has a ton of material floating around and he hasn’t even released his debut album yet! We’re talking about Wale, the hip hop go-go’er out of our nation’s capital Washington D.C.
Being one of my favorite new emcees, I put together a mixtape of all his best material from all the other mixtapes floating around out there. Originally this piece was supposed to include an interview and whole spotlight on Wale, but his camp doesn’t like returning my emails. I was gonna scrap the whole mixtape, but Krome did such an awesome job on the cover and the music is bangin’ so I figured I’d just put it out there.
Apparently Wale is working with 9th Wonder next (another cat who won’t return my emails) on a mixtape called Back To The Future. That’s gotta be hot!
