there ain’t no original to frustrated nigga on here. that odetta track has nothing from the actual song. where’s the main sample? how you gonna list all these joints and not even include one of the best tracks on the album?!?!

Thanks! Why did Jeru ever leave Primo??? It’s like he fell off the planet.

I feel you. the breaks was/is a trusted source indeed for the most part. I just got real hype when i saw this was available for download because i’ve never heard the original to frustrated nigga and then when i put it on, i didn’t hear anything like the main sample in that track. i was just a little heated…i don’t know where the main sample is and if i did, i would certainly hand it over for this compilation…keep doing what you’re doing though, i still appreciate it…peace

The Super Sample Tank ( a.k.a. thomas ) strikes again. Crazy props for this joint right here. Damn this joint is stacked like a dope sample set mixed in with a golden era mixtape. Good looking out for this joint heavy. Keep up the great work.

    Thanks for that Tokyo.

A few things. This album has more samples (vocals and main samples), but we couldn’t find all listings for all of them. Plus, we had this in the “incomplete folder” for a while so we thought we should get it out to the fam.

What is everyone’s opinion of the rap vocal samples? Should we include them in the sets or leave them out? Many of the vocal samples aren’t listed anywhere so we usually listen to the albums and figure (most of) them out by ear. Let me know what yall think.

“Flip Da Styles” by Lord Finesse should’t be in the file. “Soul Plan” is the vocal used for “Whatever”. I forgot to take it out….my bad.
