Believe it or not, I love me some Jimi Hendrix! His version of “All Along The Watchtower” gets me hyped every time I hear it. Well, the final member of the Jimi Hendrix Experience (Mitch Mitchell) passed away last week and DJ Concept felt inspired to create this mix. Check it out…

From DJ Concept:

“With the passing of Mitch Mitchell, we officially say goodbye to The Jimi Hendrix Experience.  The legacy of the band will live on through their music and I felt the need to mix up, just a small portion, of their catalog. Thanks to J-Zone & Jake from Rhymesayers.  Turn the volume loud for this one…”

Can’t wait to listen!! I read the book ‘Crosstown Traffic’ on my honeymoon and loved it.

PS. The front cover of this comp is amazing!
