Since we are in Kanye Week I had to come up with a post like this! As we all know Mr. West really loves art, fashion & architecture. Yeah you can find a lot a lot of nice clothes, goodies and all kinds of stuff on his blog. He became a real trendsetter for example with the shutter shades, but from time to time his outfits are, well, let me put it like this: Controversial. I don’t wanna hate on him or anything like that, I love fashion and I really dig a lot of his clothes (especially his “Air Yeezy’s), but for now, I wanna let these images speak for themselves.

I’m a big fan of Kanye the guy, but I’m not too struck on his albums… I love the work he did for others (Common ‘Be’, John Legend, Jay, etc) but for some reason his Cds just dont…’grab me’.
That said, his belief, attitude, fire, motivation, presence, authenticity are all massive traits and fantastically intriguing. I love listening to his interviews, his thoughts, his processes and I firmly admire how his fashion sense reflects as a major part of his ‘brand’.
Look how he stands in these photo’s, his posture and body language, his facial expression. These are why his choice of outfits work on him and nobody else – they ARE Kanye, they aren’t just clothes, they are his whole persona. I wanna look that cool.
I can’t front on that.

The only two fashion statements I ever liked by Kanye is of course the Air Yeezy’s shown above and how he would wear the sweaters with the the long sleeve shirts underneath with the collar showing and some denim jeans with some A Ones
i don’t think i’ve liked anything Kanye has ever worn.
