Scarface… and Guests

by Thomas on December 2, 2008 · 10 comments

Scarface is one of the most respected rhyme spitters in the game and as I stated before his story telling ability is almost second to none. Face has collaborated with many in the industry from Jay-Z (and other Roc-A-Fella artist) to Nas to fellow Texans UGK and the Mega Don…Ice Cube.

This two disc compilation highlights some of his better collaborations and dope album cuts. The compilation contains many tracks from 2000 on with a few exceptions. Now I know we’ll get…you forgot (insert track); probably could put “And Yo” featuring Redman and a few more cuts for “The Diary” on the joint, but I think you’ll enjoy what we have.

Thanks for this post!!! Oh yeah, Face is Top 10…period. I’m sorry if I’ve offended someone but most rappers that are put in that “Top 10 category” can’t claim longevity, relevancy and skills like Face can. The facts speak for themselves!!!

You know what’s unreal? the omission of “Hand of the Dead Body”. Cube and Devin the Dude with Face?! ILL SHIT, top 5 Scarface song for me

“No Tears”, “Jessie James” and “The White Sheet” could have been added to the set as well; in addition to “Hand of the Dead Body”. I admitted that additional cuts from ‘The Diary’ should have/could have been added.
