All you reall hip hop heads pay attention… this post is for you! Major props go out to the guys over at The Real Frequency. Deez introduced me to these guys recently, who apparently have one of the best hip hop radio shows in the Toronto area. In their latest podcast, Keezy and Arcee get down with K-Cut (one third of the legendary hip hop group Main Source) on the classic Breaking Atom’s record to uncover a track aimed at Eric B, the origins of mentor Paul C, the creative process behind JustHangin’ out. They also got some exclusive, never heard before select cuts from the original second Main Source album “The Science” that have yet to see the light of day…. until now.

i can’t wait to check that podcast out. “Breaking Atoms” is one of those albums i don’t really have much backstory on. that’s always disappointed me, because it’s such a classic.
