Wicked choice! This is such an underrated LP. “Regulate” was my shit. Hi-Tek produced “Shine”?! Never knew that.

This joint was slept on by many. This joint had that Queens vibe to it.

This article sums up what I think about this album- http://kevinnottingham.com/2008/09/18/top-5-mcs-who-should-have-been-superstars/

The best part about doing these sets is I get to revisit albums I haven’t heard in a long time…brings back memories of that time when they came out.

Flush had lyrics, flow, wit, and style on the mic. Plus, not sure what it is about them Queens MC’s, but they have a mojo about them. They are bred differently.

Thomas you crazy for this one. I loved this joint, it was a mad underrated album.
“illiotic shines”, “moving on ya weak production” and “makin moves” stayed in rotation all day. Plus l.e.s. killed the “worldwide” beat.

Yeah fam i feel you bout the Queens cats. They always had this intelligence to em. Their vocabulary and all that was just crazy. Even the most gutter Queens MC would always say some crazy ill philosophical shit that would make cats think. Nas, Nature, P, Mega, Tip and all them cats were heavy intellectuals.

    Good looking out fam.

I certainly agree with everybody, this album was criminally slept on; matter of fact, I’ll go as far as say this is one of the top ten most outrageously slept ons of all time. Production on this was BANANAS and Flush is a dope MC too. Maaad props on the sample set, I was fiendin for years to find out what’s behind “Niggaz Night Out”
