A proxy only has one IP address, so if mulitple people are going thru it and trying to download stuff off rapidshare, only one of them (whoever's first) will be able to download. The rest will get that message "Your IP address is already downloading a file". You can try this in IE: go to Tools->Internet Options->Lan Settings and then untick "Use a proxy server for your LAN". Theres something similar in Firefox. If it's already unticked then it might be something to do with your ISP. (E.g. your ISP might automatically be putting you thru a proxy) Si, it could be because you’re going through a proxy server.
