On Day 24 of our January Month of Samples, we are keeping up with our Wu-Tang theme with the samples to Wu-Tang affiliate Killah Priest‘s debut album Heavy Mental. Very dope album here with featuring from Hell Razah, Inspectah Deck, GZA, and ODB among others. Production handled mostly by 4th Disciple, but also includes True Master, Y-Kim The Illfigure, Arabian Knight, and John The Baptist. I met Priest when I was 16. This man is probably the most intelligent people I have ever heard speak. He paints a picture w/ his words even in plain conversation. And, once again Steubie-Steubie @ its finest.
Atoms To Adam beat I heard a long time before that song was recorded. It was almost a Killarmy song back when my Emcee Ho2fa was in the group.

He is a cool dude. I met him when he was promoting his ‘View from Masada’ album back on 2000 in D.C. He actually signed the cd inserts for ‘Heavy Mental’ and ‘The Last Shall Be First’ for me.

Just found your website and am in love with it, great job! On another note, out of dumb luck I was watching Roman Polanski’s first move Knife In The Water and heard an awesome jazzy soundtrack done by this guy Krzysztof Komeda. One of the songs on it apparently is the jazzy sax on Science Project. Check it http://www.last.fm/music/Krzysztof+Komeda/Knife+in+the+Water/Knife+in+the+Water+3
