Here it is, the most anticipated mixtape from newcomer Drake. There’s a lot of hype going around this kid. I honestly hadn’t picked up on him yet. In fact this is the first post ever that we’ve done on him even though he’s released two previous mixtapes. Coming out of Toronto Canada (what the hell you all be drinking up there?)…. here’s Drake.

So is it safe to say that Drake will be the biggest Canadian Hip Hop Artist ever in terms of Sales?

I think it will be.

Finally listening to this now…. WOW! Can’t believe I’ve been sleeping on this cat. This is really, REALLY GOOD. Can we say Kanye influence though?

Check out my article that I wrote up about Drake sometime tomorrow (monday).

I felt inspired after listening to this piece, and the thought of Drake possibly being the biggset Canadian rapper ever did come to mind…

So yeah, be on the look out…

I want rappers to rap and singers to sing. My head is spinning with all of the mixing and matching.

I dint wanna ruin the mood, but Im not feeling this much more than a 808 heartbreaks KanYe West copy.. I was really looking forward to listen to this and I felt cheated.. I got 4 joints in and I couldn’t get past the thought of mr. West..

Im not gonna give up yet, but Im not feeling the hype..

The boy Drake is ill!! Yeah ther defo is a kanye influenc and weezy influence but flexes in his own way, if the kayne comment is because of his vocoder ting… dude been doing it before kanye on the 808s n that, no dis to kanye love that album!!! But the way drake switches it up is amaizing, why you just want rappers to rap n singers to sing, its all bout breaking dem boundaries and its sounds on point!!! Just hope interscope dont fuck this guy about and take forever to drop his album!!!! Guys real aswell never spits gangster just intelligent and witty!!!

Ohhh WEEE!!!! This kid has really got something, he reminds me of Kanye (808 Album) wit a lil Wayne (obviously, he looks up to Weezy Wee). But yeah its good to get a new flava… from some artist. Being someone who is from Houston (me), I really feel a Southern delivery from him. If nobody told me he was from Toronto (of all places) I would of bet the house that he was from either Texas or Florida. But good look on the post KEV. looking forward from more that boi Drizzie…
