It’s finally here! This last fall we held a remix contest on the site for you all to remix tracks from Notion and Cee & Bekah‘s latest mixtapes. It was a little different from our weekly contests, as most everything was submitted and done behind the scenes, but the response was overwhelming. The artists got to reach out to the producers who submitted their remixes and work on fine tuning the final project. I must say that this remix album turned out very nice. Congrats to all the producers who made it onto the album… feel free to pass this one around. Thanks to the whole Movement Fam for hosting the remix contest on our site. We got more projects we’ll be working on together in the future. Tracklist and link after the cut… Nottinghammers stand up!

    Word up!! This project definitely was a long time in the making, but it was worth it. I just wanted to echo Notion’s sentiments and big up Kev for maintaining on this one lol, and shouts to ALL the producers who submitted, it was a hell of a job making the final selection, but as Kev said, it’s a dope ass project!

    Isbjerg – dude!! The spelling mistake is my bad!!! I’ll get at Notion to fix it! Damn, I’m sorry homie!!

    S.T.T.R.E.S.S. – bro, I can’t believe how quick you got those remixes back! Definitely a new world record!

    Looking forward to working with you all on future projects, we have like a million coming up. And definitely be on the lookout, there’s gonna be a LOT more work from both The Movement Fam and Mr. Nottingham in the near future…

    And for the record, ‘white kids’ like Notion and myself were the ONLY cats into Hip Hop when we were 11 years old at school, getting bagged on the daily for our baggy jeans and Warren G t-shirts. We paid our dues, mufuckas! hahah :)
