Prepare to go broke today! Today is the biggest music release day so far in 2009. Lots of stuff dropping today, such as the two albums you see above: Camp Lo and Slim Thug. On the R&B side, we got the debut from Keri Hilson [read review] and the sophomore cover album from Leela James [read review]. But that doesn’t even touch the iceburg… Last week I made the mistake in saying Big Pooh’s Delightful Bars was dropping. Well, I jumped the gun… it is definitely dropping today, via iTunes only! Pooh confirmed this himself via Twitter over the weekend. Cunninlynguists, MF DOOM (or just DOOM), Jim Jones… hit the jump for the complete list and tell us which ones you’ll be coppin. I’m definitely is coppin’ that Big Pooh, I gotta get the Keri Hilson for the females when they ride in the whip wit’ me and I gottta get my Houston, TX on with that Slim Thugga (yes I will get the Screwed & chopped version too, if I don’t screw & chopp it myself) I almost forgot gotta get that Leela James as well…I’m interested to see what erryone else is gonna cop

damn, you guys are blessed. here in germany these albums are expensive…17,99 € for that slim thug album for example. thats about 24,50 $.

DOOM was good, if u can get past the recycled beats and old songs. (check my review!)
Slim Thug is a guilty pleasure. I’m waiting on my homie’s verdict for the JIm Jones album cuz he’s a Diplomats head. btw, Pray for Reign is on the poll twice :p

None of the above cause I’m waiting for that hard copy version of Pooh’s album.
I broke down and copped the iTunes version of Pooh joint….said I wasn’t cause I thought (actually still do) think it’s stupid to release 4 versions of one album….but I haven’t stopped playing it. Only issue…too many guest for an eleven track album (not including intro/outro).
Disappointed in Jim Jones joint…he usually has good production and a few good lines…..a few bangers…..not many this go around. Haven’t listened to Camp Lo yet…..
