Nice & Smooth team up with Pac Div to rework their classic, “Funky For You”. The 2009 version, produced by 9th Wonder, is the second song released from the Smirnoff Signature Mix Series. Word on the down low is that Nice & Smooth have been in the studio with 9th Wonder working on a comeback album. If this track is any indication as to what’s to come, then we’re in for a real treat! wow not to diss this…its very dope……but it was so much doper 20 years ago (I’m getting old)…this just makes me want to play the original joint b/c i dont get that get up out of my seat feeling out of this like the original gave me.I will be riding to Nice and Smooth’s first two albums tommorow….I miss these cats b/c they had original style .I look fwd to new material but yo 9th Wonder they will need some uptempo stuff ….these cats are legends….check for Dwyke, No Delaying, Sometimes I rhyme Slow, Hip Hop Junkies…the list goes on!!

im from a small town in canada where most people arent into rap, at the level i am, so discussions are limited,

good to hear nice and smooth with an updated sound, but i’m still bumping Old to the New…
anyway, pac div aren’t anything amazing here, but if they get the justice they deserve then they’ll be big……. (how many times have i said that before………)
