This is one of my favorite tracks from N.W.A.. With Ice Cube, Eazy-E, Dr. Dre, and MC Ren doing their thing in the early 90’s the West Coast was bringing some serious heat. (All the artists went on to go platinum as solo artists) Despite what many folks may think about the West Coast “Gangsta” rap of the era, some of the music actually was politically motivated and had substance….contrary to popular belief.

@ SOC4L
You need to go back and read the intro……there isn’t anything in the written piece that says West coast music DOES NOT have substance.
