Drake hasn’t dropped an album yet, but arguably has created a buzz bigger than any other artist who has been in his position. See my thoughts on that here. His connection to Lil’ Wayne has certainly boosted him up quite a bit, but he undeniably has the talent and the skill to remain relevant to hip hop. His mixtape, So Far Gone, was an extremely impressive display and was a perfect compliment to his other acclaimed mixtape, Comeback Season.
