Only Built 4 Cuban Linx 2 is officially dropping after many delay’s and label changes. Raekwon announced recently that the sequel to his 1995 classic will drop via ICEH20 Records through a distribution deal he has with EMI Label Services. The album should hit the stores in August 2009.
Now I caused a stir a few months back with my comments regarding this album and its relevance to the younger generation. Let’s say I was wrong and Rae (at least here on this site) is still relevant to fans in 2009…not just us Wu-Stans.
In honor of this album FINALLY receiving an official release date we present Prelude to OB4CL2. Now if you remember we did this for Jay-Z and it was a hot item, but didn’t last too long.
