Imagine the Wu’s greatest work had it been part of the Blue Note catalog… that’s exactly what was designer Logan Walters‘ inspiration as he reimagined his Wu-Tang Clan catelog. His project is to redesign all 21 off Wu’s covers. Part one has him seven down. Head over to check them out in hi-res and if you’re daring enough, replace the original covers in your collection with these vintage ones!

    yeah it’s a dope idea. so far i like all of them, except the GZA one, somehow the font is off. the best match is obviously the Gravediggers one

    as a Starbucks enthusiast, I’ve seen a good number of Blue Note covers cuz Starbucks usually has them on sale, so this is pretty freakin cool to me. That Tical cover is by far my favorite

    These are nice covers. I would leave ODB’s alone. The O.G. cover fits the theme of his album and the man himself. Otherwise dope stuff.

    hehe, I kinda feel the same way about this as I did with “Illtravis”…classic stuff just shouldn’t be messed with in my opinion even though these covers are extremely dope…these would make for a great screen saver or wallpaper for sure…
