Nice set. But you guys missed a few obvious ones: En Vogue – Hold On and James Brown – Get Up (I feel like being a) Sex Machine used on Buck Whylin. And BBD – Poison used on Homie Don’t Play Dat. Holler if you need links.

Ive recently revisted this underrated album.

Tx experimented with a lot of stereo mixing / panning
On the rnb track no further he has 2 different beats panned hard left & right sampling The b boys – 2 3 break & biz markie- make the music with your mouth
The vocalist also Interpolates.. lisa stansfied – been around the world

Does anyone know if celo ( wanna be dancin ) released anything else?
