IMO, the true GOAT. Track is pretty dope, the beat doesn’t do it for me but I’m glad to hear Ra still spitting like this. Dopeness.

Dopeness. When you listen to a Ra track….its not for the beat….its lyrics and lyrics only.

Been waiting on this album just like OB4CL2 and it looks like we are gonna get both this year.

Thanks, Kev. You’re coming thru in the clutch. I thought you were supposed to be chillin’ out a little on the posts. It seems as if you are going harder than ever. PEace

    this song ain’t that dope

    let’s chill out

I really had to force myself to try to ignore those wack ass keyboard sounds to listen to the god rip it.
With the intro, I got kinda hyped thinking it was gonna be that played out, but dope as hell, Axelrod sample. But, damn, those keyboards. I can’t deal with those sounds at my age, my nerves are already shot out. Lol
Drums, bass, and pianos are good, though, and god rips once again.
It was nice to hear that.

I hope an acapella leaks quickly.

  • Level1Alt

    track needs bit more scratching!

  • http://kevinnottingham.com Thomas

Just cause you don’t like it Deez doesn’t mean everyone else can’t enjoy it.

  • Blix

I thought it was hot…the synth stuff is a little too much but this is not a bad track by any means…

I’m with verge though, once the acapella shows up I could see mad producers killin’ this one…

  • Charity

    Sean Deez still a old a** n****!!!!!!

  • Killer Bee

Saw this somewhere else, literally jumped out of my chair and punched my fist in the air like an autobot after he transforms. Nothing else has ever had a reaction like this from me before, this shit made my day good as soon as I woke up and saw this.

  • LIl Ish

    The R still got it.

    I dig it!
There is a Fat Joe track that used a sample from that same Alexrod song.

Co-sign Deez, I expected a LOT more than this after how long its been! This beat is weak.

  • LIl Ish

The beat is crack in my opinion

  • http://www.thetroyblog.com verge

    It’s over produced, man.
They didn’t need all those synths.
Minus this sound and I can fuck with it-

  • DoNotFire

Raw bars, obv. Not the beat though. I ain’t into that synthy shit…and I’m a young fam!

  • LIl Ish

Whoops, i forgot to stress the “In my opinion” part of my comment.

  • Victor

I actually like the beat. And of course Rakim brings the goods, if this lp drops this year 09′ is by far and away the best year for hip hop since i became a proper fan (05′).
