When the musical minds of two of the Lower East Side’s most prolific artists collide, you can guarantee as music fans you are in for a treat. Coming together on THE APPETIZER, L.E.S Ambassador Fokis and EMC’s Punchlyne combine their efforts to present a lyrically charged taster of six tracks this summer. Linking up with three major blogs and sites 2DopeBoyz, KevNottingham and HipHopGame where THE APPETIZER will be available on August 18th, the EP will also boast an extra track created with each website in mind.

Having already been featured on various online portals, the lead off single from the project “WE CAME TO ROCK,” [download] produced by Teddy Roxpin, the creator of tracks for Apathy, XL from The Kreators and Praverb already has folks buzzing in anticipation for the remainder of the feast which these lyricists are laying on.

There will be three bonus tracks to this EP each of which you can get from 2DopeBoyz, HipHopGame, and this site right here. Our bonus track is one dear to our hearts as it is the official remix to Fokis’ single, “Show Me The Money,” which was produced by our own G.C. You can download the original version here.

Hit the jump for the tracklist and look out for this EP  along with an exclusive bonus track that you will only find on KevinNottingham.com!
