It’s good to see that more cats like Leg, getting exposure from my state.At one time, it was seriously bad with the “not trying to help the next man out” situation and it still is ilke that, to a degree.I totally agree with Leg about making it in the industry and being down here.If u make a name for yourself,thats exactly what u r doing,MAKING A NAME FOR YOURSELF,BY YOURSELF! Because u got some cats from here that get their foot in the door and close it and lock it before anybody can come thru.The way they use to do that back in the day was, make a name for themselves and never rep where they were from. Thats why u will notice that the majority of the cats that u hear about now, thats from around here, that make good music, are kind of up in age.We’ve been doing this hip hop thing for the longest.It’s because we havent been getting the love, support and exposure, that we are not as monumental to hip hop as some these other spots on the map.We’ve had people from here, tip toeing around the industry since LL did “I need love”.iI’m gonna leave u with this one note,without Ski putting the stamp on RD, who knows what direction hip hop would have get in.Food for thought.

Shout outs to Grain for the interview and big ups to Legacy for doing u and repping for N.C. Keep doing that good music for the people.

Leg is on some other shit that most MCs will never reach. Leg is not afraid to say what he really wants to say. Any artist that wants to go against the grain, more power to them. Suicide Music is definitely in the top 5 albums of 2009.

The short intro to Suicide Music made me laugh because me and my ace were having a discussion about how we wished some of these wack niggas in Hip-Hop would kill themselves when I heard it for the first time.

The album is dope and I sincerely hope that some of these MC’s would take his advice.
