Doesn't try to sizer her up to trite cliche artists like the last Guyanese R&B power diva from that city in Deborah Cox, Beyonce or the "black" Amy Winehouse (which in itself is wrong on so many levels), but takes it in focusing on her as a unique talent amongst the sea of "polygenerics" from Alicia Keys to Ashley Tisdale. Kevin, her website states that her album will drop this fall. A couple of days ago it was listed at 13.10.09 (since edited today). Links to her physical CD on Amazon USA were removed last week. It's quite a shame. it would have had the possibility of Lauryn Hillish effect in 98 if it were to be released in June in the states. I was thrown off a bit by reading 1 persons comments on the cdn itunes store regarding the album. Now i gotta go download it & hide out in my headquarters at yonge & sheppard........one track that should have sold me already on the album is "it kills me"........that joint there is beyond fire !!!
