The homie M.Will just shot this over…
On this day 18 years ago [September 24, actually] A Tribe Called Quest dropped their classic cut, The Low End Theory. In commemoration of that the rapper QuESt and producer partner M.Will The Shogun have decided to announce their new project entitled A Rapper Called QuESt via youtube. Not many details can be released as of now besides that this will be a commemoration to A Tribe Called Quest and their legacy to our genre.
Looks like this is the year for ATCQ tributes… I know of one other person who is doing a Tribe tribute album, plus add on the one that DJ Chong Wizard and I has been working on. Should be interesting….
