The Salvation: Original Samples

salvation-wide

Skyzoo’s The Salvation is one of my favorite albums of the year so far… with production from 9th Wonder, Illmind, Just Blaze, Black Milk, and Nottz you know the beats are hot and there has to be some great samples behind them. So you know we would eventually get around to compiling a sample set.

There are still a handful of samples yet unknown, but thanks to the good people at the-breaks.com and rapcredits.com I was able to compile a good majority of the samples here. Most of these are really, really great soul tracks. The one gem on here that I really love is Stark Reality’s “Dreams.” It’s one of those epic 8 minute tracks. Check em all out after the cut…

Thanks Skeme, I didn’t know there was another version of the Kate Bush track. And yeah, maybe I need to start labeling the drum breaks vs. the samples.

GOOD JOB KEV!!! I didn’t think you would find the sampler for “The Opening”. But you did…. But I’ll tell you one thing… If you find the sample for “shoother Soundtrack” I’ll give you $1000 dollars CASH… Or a FREE BEAT for artist of your choice that your associated with.

I’ve actually haven’t seen ALL of the saving grace webisodes. So I wouldn’t have known that. And as for Shooters Soundtrack sample… The Detox and Saigon’s Album will probably come out before you can find that one…LOL
