Nappy Roots drops their new mixtape Southern Slang Vol.1 presented by DJ DaCick 1. The Kentucky crew returned last year with their critically acclaimed album The Humdinger. The group has a busy 2010 planned with Skinny DeVille & Fish Scales working on a duo album 40 Akerz due out next year as well as a Big V solo album.
