the cool wasn’t to much, its one of his more deeper and metaphorical songs. Lil wayne fans piss me the fuck off, they think wayne is better then everyone else because hes on the radio. When lil wayne was just a toddler wayne he was dropped on his head and never learned how to talk so for his birthday his mom and dad bought him an autotuner.

I thought The Cool he was trying to say too much. It kinda seemed forced a bit. I like the inexperience of F&L. The Cool is dope…don’t get me wrong, but I find myself skipping songs…not so much on F&L.

Plus Em wasn’t on the list (MTV) so he wouldn’t mention him. Lupe kills the “Where I”m From.” Lyrics are dope on the So Ghetto beat, but the flow was kinda awkward a little.

It’s not a diss…its a call out. He’s makin them aware that he doesn’t like what they’re doin with their music. And i think Lu can take on Em in a battle, he might lose, but i think it would be hella close. But i gotta give that to u cuz Lu said himself he can’t fuck with Em. As for Jay Z, i guess killin 2 of his beats is enough of a message to him. And he shouts Jay out in Popular Demand, so…that answers that.

I can’t see Lu dissing Ye. Lupe still performs “Touch the Sky” at his shows (at least he did a few months ago at the one i went to). I don’t think he was trying to really diss anyone, I think he just left Em out because out of all the people he would probably be the one to take it as a diss and respond.

Although Lupe is my favorite rapper and I think he is up there with the best lyrically I don’t think he could hang with Em in a battle, Em’s just too ruthless. I think Lupe knows this, add that with the respect he has for Em and I think thats why he left him out of all this.

With all that said I want to hear Lu on tracks with Em and Nas. He’s already got a track with Jay even though it would be nice to hear another.

I kind of found that very surprising as well haha. Also (i think someone said in a past comment), he didn’t mention Eminem (altho in one of his final concerts for his most recent tour he said Em was the only one he “couldn’t fuck with.” Also, Jay Z isn’t mentioned, probably cuz Jay brought him into the game. idk exactly why Lu called Ye out, maybe he doesn’t like the message he’s puttin out?? I know they’re still kool, Lu said he still had respect for Ye after the VMA incident lol….but I guess friendship didn’t come into play, especially since Lu said he’s kool with all the people on the MTV list, just not kool with the message they have in their songs.

Actually I think the baby boy with the glasses refers to himself. But the line after that is a shot at Wayne, so is the Whoopi Goldberg line (Weezy DOES look a lot like Whoopi does he not?? LMAO). And the line where he mentions everyone on the MTV list isn’t a shoutout, he’s callin them out. This mixtape is basically a shot at MTV and all the wack rappers they put on that list.

Wayne does wear them goffy looking glasses. That does make sense. He mentioned Kanye (Yeezy), but not Jay. Jay has been known to wear them goofy looking glasses as well…but I doubt he would be going after Jay. What you said makes sense.

The Popular Demand track is fire…..might highlight that later in the morning.

This line is one of the reasons that I think it was a shot at wayne cause who in the game wears glasses and has tear drops. Who is always gone off the sizzurp? Plus when he shouted out all those people on the list he did not mention Jay or Kanye who are also on the list.
