One of the loyal readers from 2DB cleaned up this track from Jay Electronica that debut on the internet in October of this  year.  Hit the cut to see what he did to the track.

Here’s what he did to the track.  Props to Zack for this clean up job!

1. I edited out all the scratches throughout the song.
2. Edited out the long unnecessary beginning of the song.
3. EQ’d the song a little better to brighten it up more.
4. Boosted high frequencies between 12k and 20k.
5. Also boosted lower frequencies a tad around 75-80hz.
6. Also balanced the left side and the right side as the right was a bit louder than the left.
7. Applied some compression to make it a little louder.
8. Added a brickwall limiter to keep song from clipping and distorting.

    all these teasers is really a great way of conjring up hype

    Lol@NastyNyne Shouts to Philly the 1st time I heard my block on a record by an emcee I actually fox with(10th and Master). Anywho, why is this song kept so under the radar? I need it dammit!

    The song is suppose to be dropping on iTunes this week…rumor has it. I guess we’ll see.
