Playa Fly: Gone So Long

I hope a lot of readers know who this is already but if you don’t, it’s time to introduce you to a legend. Playa Fly is the best emcee out of Memphis in my opinion. He contributed to Triple 6 Mafia’s Mystic Stylez before ending his association with the group, going on to have a successful solo career filled with classics. I highly recommend you get your hands on his all his albums, especially Movin On, Just Gettin It On and Da Game Owe Me. With his long awaited solo album Mafia All Day on the way, here’s the latest single from Fly called “Gone So Long.” The track definitely shows the Memphis 10 legend in top form!

Yessir…..Playa Fly is one of the most lyrical from Memphis and what many people don’t know is that he’s Muslim too…so, yeah….he’s on a different level than your average rapper from the M. Been gone so long!!!
