Keeping it moving on Throwback Thursday we present to you The Teacha, you know him as KRS-One, Kris Parker, The Blastmaster and The Philosopher.

This mix by DJ Books takes us on a journey through the eyes of Kris.  He sees what we see and teaches us about it and gives us a suggestion on how to make a difference.  In 2008 KRS-One was the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award for all his work and effort towards the Stop the Violence Movement as well as the overall pioneering of hip-hop music and culture.  Hit it at the jump and enjoy this classic goodness.
