Game: A Prelude To The RED Album

by Carsten on March 21, 2010 · 12 comments

With the upcoming release of Game’s fourth studio album, The RED Album, it’s only right to give Compton’s own some shine on this site. Sure, Game is always good for some drama and he’s probably one of the most controversial rappers out but since he’s back with Aftermath, the Westcoast MC should be able to get his hands on some fine beats out of Dr. Dre’s lab. So while we are expecting him to bring back the magic of his certified classic debut The Documentary, we want to make the latency a little easier by serving you this prelude to the album. We’ve compiled unreleased leftovers off his previous LPs, tracks that were recorded for The RED Album, and his latest guest features. Tracklist and link after the jump.. enjoy!

Nice Carsten. Shake is that ish.

To be completely honest, I really DID NOT like “Shake” when it came out. I listened once to it and ended up deleting it & hoping it didn’t make the album. I just thought it was annoying but I’ve heard so many claim it’s such a great track I’m looking forward to giving it another go-round. Can’t wait for RED to drop, I’m always enjoying Game’s music minus a few guest appearances he’ll probably have on the album.

Also; Joell Ortiz ruins people’s albums for me. Seriously. “Big Money” is an example.

No love for Joell Ortiz? Joell didn’t have a bad verse last year to me…or this year for that matter.

Yeah I really do like “Shake”! BTW Shout out to my man Babak for the cover. Thanks for showing me that I have absolutly no Photoshop skills my dude.

Thomas – I think Fuhnahtik means that once Joell spits over a track, it’s lights out for the original.

@Si ahhh…ok. That makes sense now.

Sorry, but Jonathan “JR” Rotem is so whack. It`s a shame to sample a 2year song everybody knows!! justice`s track is epic!!
