On the heels of The Left‘s debut album, the Gas Mask being released next Tuesday (October 26) I thought we should rewind back to July 2009 when Journalist 103 (1/3 of The Left) released his mixtape, K.R.A.M.. I’m not sure if people are really up on Journalist 103, I know I wasn’t until recently, but dude is nice.  Journalist has been on the underground scene in Detroit for while, but I believe this is his first major release to my knowledge.  There are no gimmicks with him…no slick punchlines, not heavy on the metaphors/similes, or sing along hooks. He is ground level street reporter with messages that we need to hear. This mixtape should prepare all for the 26th.
