Excuse me if I seem a little less than enthusiastic this morning. It’s just that I’m not really that excited about any of the remixes in this post. No disrespect to the remixers; I thank you all for doing your thing. Maybe, I’m just getting burned out from all these remixes. Anyway, I’m not one to bash others on the Internet, so I’ll let the readers decide on the following three.
This first one comes from Meta Maestro out of Brooklyn, NY and is called American Gangster: The Musical. Maestro said he named this The Musical because he used samples his original compositions were inspired from different eras of music such as the 50s, Rock, Blues, and Synthy 80s music. No samples were used in this remix.

This is one I came across online, so I don’t have any info on who did it or what the concept is. I’m guessing it was done by some cat (pun intended) named FLX. Anyway, this is American Gangster (The Re-FLX).

This one comes from Guffstar out of Arizona and he called it Reasonable Gangster. No concept for this album, Guffstar just wanted every song to sound dope and original. What do you think? Did he accomplish that?
